New Moms or Old ~ Lose that Belly Fat ~ The RIGHT WAY
Burn Fat By Eating The Right Way
Are you constantly searching for more Energy?
I used to be the same way.
To be honest, there was a point in my life when
I could not start my day without a giant glass
full of sugar laden, black, super strong coffee.
(it was a 20 oz glass – cups just did not hold
enough for what I thought I needed)
Yes, gave me the burst of energy I needed to get
myself going, but come mid morning – I would
crash and the cycle would begin again.
As I started to change the way I took care of
myself in an effort to get better results, I
found there were many natural and easy ways to
not only boost my energy but sustain this energy
ALL Day!
I was thrilled to finally reach the point of
no longer NEEDING a Nap around 3 pm!
What did I do?
Here are 3 EASY ways to get and keep your energy
levels high ALL day long – no matter how busy your
day!
1. Eat Breakfast
It is the most important meal of the day.
Breaks the fast and when you eat a high fiber,
high protein meal, you get the energy you need
to last you all morning and afternoon.
My faves include Eggs – any style – and Fruit
such as:
Blueberry Eggs
Eggs over easy sprinkled with fresh blueberries
Sunshine Eggs
Scrambled Eggs with a sliced pink grapefruit
2. Switch to Green Tea
This was a HUGE difference maker for me.
Green tea is full of antioxidants, lower levels
of caffeine and without having to add GOBS of Sugar,
it will prevent you from crashing later in the morning.
BONUS: Studies show green tea helps your body burn more
fat when coupled with eating right and exercising.
(NOTE- Green tea you brew – not bottled, “green tea”,
full of sugar or worse…artificial sweeteners)
3. Eat Protein with Every Meal/Snack
Protein, not only helps to maintain your energy levels,
it also helps you to burn more calories than simply
eating a carb-only based meal!
For example, instead of just eating an apple for a
snack, try eating an apple and a handful of almonds!

Moms ~ Don’t Make These Fat Loss Mistakes!
One of the biggest reasons why moms struggle with post pregnancy weight loss and end up frustrated with little to no results no matter how hard they try, is due to the fact that they are making one or more of the following Fat Loss Mistakes. It was through my own personal fat loss journey that I discovered the reason why we continue to do this and its due to tons of misinformation circulating in our favorite fitness magazines and fitness websites. It’s not your fault – now you know and now you can do something about it.
Fat Loss Mistake #1:
“Skipping Meals to Lose Weight Faster”
In our constant search for shortcuts to see faster weight loss results, it would seem that one of the easiest things to do would be to eat less, right? Well….when you pair “weight loss” and “shortcuts”, time and time again you will only find yourself frustrated and worse yet…..you slow your metabolism! When it comes to eating for fat loss, it’s not about eating less meals. It is really quite the opposite as it is all about eating more meals that are filled with more supportive foods, high nutrient – lower calorie whole foods. It is nearly impossible to overeat when you apply this strategy.

Any tips for taking baby bump photos (with a digital camera)?
I’m 22 weeks pregnant (5 months, 2 weeks exactly) & I haven’t taken a single photo of my belly yet. I want to take a few with it covered. What color of shirt & background would show it best? And then I want to take some where it’s not covered. What color background would work best for that?
Any tips & advice would be great! I want to take ones at different angles, distances, etc. But it would be helpful to know what works best beforehand.
My skin is very light if that helps.
Pain and weight loss. Women please.?
I’ve been going thru menopause for almost two years now. It’s off and on, but mainly off. I’ve done all the rotten symptoms already, but I’m stuck on a few and they are really killing me.
I can’t eat. I know most women don’t loose weight when they go thru this, but I can’t even eat a whole burger anymore. It’s great if I can stomache 2 C of food a day. I try to watch my nutrition (proteins, veggies, vitamins) so I get at least SOME thing healthy.
Because of this, I have lost almost 40lbs. I’m under 120 and I’m 5’7″. I’m loosing muscle mass and I look like my grandmother. (I’m 43). Here’s the pain part. Because of the severe weight loss, I am getting bad cramps in my toes/feet and now fingers/hands.
Because of the cramping, it’s effecting my sleep. I can’t remember the last time I slept a full 8 hours straight. It’s also ruining my sex drive. Because it’s just the two of us living together, I don’t make much in the way of large dinners anymore. I also have high energy/low energy days all the time. One day, I’m great (yesterday) and today, I’m down, no energy. I also have a pinched nerve in my back which effects my once sprained left ankle.
Major prob? My husband just got laid off and now I have to find a job. I need help or I will loose more weight working outside the house. I can’t afford to be in any more pain, but I can’t afford not to work.
Vitamins, healthy food, eating more, foot massages, sleeping on my stomach, no coke drinks, or much alcohol. PLEASE, what else can I do. I can’t see the doc as I have no insurance/no job right now. I do have a health food store in town, so I’ll try anything!
